DELIVERY

We are currently posting all orders by Royal Mail 1ST CLASS DELIVERY (1-2 working days).
Any orders over £22.50 are posted by Royal Mail 1st CLASS SIGNED FOR (1 working day).
All orders are posted within 1 working day. Not including Bank Holidays or during postal strikes.
Please expect delays at Christmas, Easter, Black Friday busier times of year. Should you experience any delays or missing orders outside of expected delivery time, please do not hesitate to get in touch for us to track your order.
Order before 4pm to receive your order the following day (Monday - Thursday, UK only).
Any orders placed after 4pm on Thursday will be delivered on Monday. Any orders placed after 3pm on Saturday will be processed on Monday for Tuesday delivery. Excludes delivery on bank holidays.
Excluding Northern Ireland, as this is a 3-4 working day service priced at £6.25.
We do not ship to PO Boxes.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

Due to hygiene concerns of all our products, we DO NOT accept returns. However if you have a quality concern or a destroyed item, please get in touch via the CONTACT tab above and we would be more than happy to assist you.
